C means Cushion Cut B means Baguette Br means Barrel Shape H means Heart Shape; Heart gems may have a small hole drilled in them, which is for setting a 2mm Diamond. Following the beginning letters is the size of your gemstone in mm's
For example, 10x6mm means your stone is a 10 mm by 6 mm size; If your stone is a trillion, round or square, you will have just one measurment such as 8mm, since the stone is the same measurements on all sides, or it is the diameter of a round gemstone.
Some gemstones have a letter following the "mm" such as "AAA"
This indicates the quality of the stone graded by A, AA & AAA, SF
SF denotes that the gemstone is clean, well cut, well polished, has smiling and lively color with consistency and appropriation.
